The standard £29 website has no design or build fee. For business tools, any setup fee depends on the scope. We confirm setup costs, the monthly total, any minimum term, cancellation and ownership terms in writing before you commit.
Are payments and messages included?+
The agreed integration is included in your setup. Payment processing fees, SMS and other third-party usage charges are separate and explained in your quote.
Do I need to write all the website text myself?+
We help plan what each page needs to say and work with the information you provide about your business. If you need full copywriting, we can discuss and quote for it before starting.
Who pays for hosting and the domain?+
Hosting and maintenance are included in the monthly website plan. Your domain stays in your name; we confirm its registration or renewal cost in your quote. You can add features later after we agree the scope and price.
How do I change opening hours or prices later?+
Send us the changes and we will handle them within the small update allowance agreed for your plan. Larger changes or new features are quoted separately.
